Over my career, I’ve built and scaled companies from the ground up, driven transformative growth, and led high-performing multidisciplinary teams focused on developing novel drugs, devices, and platforms. My work spans vital therapeutic areas such as CNS disorders, cardiometabolic diseases, and oncology. What motivates me most is translating foundational science into visionary products that redefine treatment paradigms and address unmet needs at a biological and clinical level.

This approach has led to significant milestones—including securing multiple FDA Breakthrough Therapy designations, delivering the first FDA-approved AI-based CNS diagnostic, and evolving an early-stage science team into a leader in late-stage, disease-modifying Alzheimer’s therapy.
Raising over $200M in strategic Series A through C funding rounds has been instrumental in advancing these innovations, supporting both startups and catalyzing transformation within established organizations. My early career in pharma and biotech at Lilly, Roche, Novartis, and Nektar provided a strong commercial foundation and sharpened my ability to align cutting-edge science with real-world market and regulatory demands from the earliest stages of development.

As an inventor and thought leader, I hold multiple patents on applications of AI/ML and optogenetics for CNS diagnosis and treatment, regularly sharing insights at conferences across the US and Europe.
