Joe Martinez is the chief financial officer for the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. In this role, he oversees financial reporting and analytics functions and maintains the medical group’s budget, forecast and service population funding process. Additionally, he has responsibility for the accounting and payroll departments, including all tax, external audit and cash management aspects under these divisions.
Prior to joining the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, he held financial leadership roles in planning, analytics and accounting at American International Group (AIG), Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Manhattan College. Outside of work he and his wife enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with their niece and nephew.
