Tori Finch is the Manager of Advanced Analytics and Data Science at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, where she supervises a team of data scientists to produce sophisticated analytical and predictive products. Prior to her time at MAPMG, Tori worked at the AI unicorn startup Afiniti, where she helped build models to optimize call center routing and led a team to develop optimization software for a large mail-order pharmacy. She also acts as a spokesperson for the LGBTQIA+ community at Kaiser Permanente.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys playing board games, hiking, and taking her cats for walks. She lives in Maryland with her wife and their two cats.
